Internships
Russell Bedford’s Central Office provides internship opportunities to business students and graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in an international business environment. We’re looking for motivated, curious individuals keen to develop their professional skills and gain exposure to a global organisation. If you think you've got what it takes, we'd love to hear from you!
The purpose of Russell Bedford's Central Office is to provide marketing and administrative support to the organisation worldwide. During the term of their internship, students will be given an opportunity to develop their skills while supporting the following business functions:
NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
A significant proportion of our activity is directed at the continued development of our international network of independent firms. This includes market analysis, online research, and supporting the assessment and appointment of new member firms.
MARKETING
The Russell Bedford brand is actively promoted internationally, both online and offline, including via our websites and media relations. The Central Office produces brochures and magazines, and leads regular network communications through news posts, newsletters, social media activity and our members-only intranet, ensuring content remains current, engaging and relevant.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Interns' day-to-day activities support our network development, marketing and administrative activities and are likely to include:
• Internet-based market research
• Assistance with marketing and administrative activities, as required
Through the internship, students will gain:
• Experience of working (predominantly remotely) in a professional business environment
• Practice using English (and other languages as appropriate) in a business setting
• Knowledge of UK and international business practices
• Practical experience in international marketing, market research and administration
Interns will receive support and supervision from the Head of Operations and other team members as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Interns are expected to have good keyboard and computing skills, and a reliable internet connection.
A high level of written and spoken English is required, and the ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
Interns are normally expected to have (or be working towards) a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or International Business.
Internships are offered on a full-time basis, though part-time opportunities are available.
This is primarily a remote internship, with optional in-office collaboration on Wednesdays for London-based interns. Where different time zones are involved, there should be an overlap with UK working hours to enable briefing and coordination.
Although remuneration is not available, a small allowance is provided. Regrettably, we are not able to assist with finding accommodation.
Flexible start dates are available and placements typically run for a minimum period of 3-6 months, though exceptions may be considered.
HOW TO APPLY
Interested applicants are encouraged to send their CV and a cover letter outlining their suitability for the internship and what they can bring to the role to gemma.benson@russellbedford.com.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.
We look forward to welcoming you as part of our team. As one of our interns this year shared:
"This internship has been a really valuable experience. The team has been supportive and welcoming, which encouraged me to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to meaningful work." - Phoebe Chin, Russell Bedford International Intern, 2025-26.
NOTICE
